Our Elite Agents undergo comprehensive background checks, drug testing and extensive elite training at our Advanced Tactical Training Facility.

Strike Force Special Ops Agents and Officers have earned a POST (Peace Officers Standards Training) certificate, or have equivalent training and experience. They must undergo no less than 100 hours of in-service training/mentoring, and must be in good physical condition. Strike Force Special Ops Agents and Officers are drilled to demonstrate professional judgment, ethics beyond reproach, and hands-on bias to action where appropriate.
